Emma Cook is the heart and soul of Going My Way. She is committed to seeing the lives of women thrive with fullness and joy which motivates her to no end. She’s an innovator with excitement and a call to make a difference.
Emma is all about empowering women. She has a keen interest in ushering them in the right direction as it pertains to healthy strong relationships, based on Christian principals. She accomplishes this in a fresh style that contains a combination of knowledge, wisdom and passion – all mixed together!
Studying the lives of single women inspired her to write the insightful and thought provoking book, "Dating ~ The Ultimate Experience". However, her attentiveness towards women didn’t just begin. It started long ago through her involvement as a teen working for a non-profit organization for girls. More recently, her endeavors include co-producing pageants, co-founding Five Parties, a private women’s association and she also sits on the board of directors for Healing Hearts and Homes International, a non-profit organization.
Prior to launching Going My Way, Emma spent most of her professional life in the banking and finance industry, but decided to go back to school to further her studies in the fields of psychology and sociology. As you can tell, she is a woman that takes full advantage of the life God has blessed her with and is determined to use it for His glory!
